1. Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Category-Specific Guidelines
Due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply:
Beauty & Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, beauty products can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and unused.
Pet Products: Items must be free of pet hair, odors, or signs of use.
Home & Kitchen: Appliances and kitchenware must be returned with all original accessories and manuals.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Personalized or custom orders.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at office@thebucksretail.com (or your designated support email) with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
5. Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, The Bucks Retail will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
